Smart Ones says: Tender white meat chicken in a sweet chili sauce and paired with a southwest style seasoned rice, bean and corn medley.
Carolyn Says: For one of the first times in my life, the food that came out of the microwave looked almost identical to the food on the cover of the box. Not bad! The instructions told me not to mix the chicken with the rice while cooking, so I waitied until after the food was done cooking to mix it up. The rice was quite good, not too soggy, and nicely accented with corn and peppers. The chicken was also as delicious as microwavable chicken can get - not too chewy or hard. Sauce was tasty as well. Only downside is the fact it was not a super filling meal, but thats what you should expect from these brands.

Smart Ones says: Chunkier sauce makes this tender ravioli dish even more tantalizing. Yum! Pasta filled with creamy ricotta cheese and tossed in a hearty, chunky Italian spinach marinara sauce; a great meal that can be topped off with a luscious Weight Watchers® Smart Ones® Dessert!
Carolyn says: This was an excellent frozen meal. Not hugely filling, but that is to be expected from Smart Ones. The box stated something about the new and chunky sauce, so I was looking forward to seeing what this sauce was really going to taste like. I was pleasantly suprised by many pieces of spinach and chunks of tomato. Good times. The ricotta cheese in the pasta was just right as well — enough cheese to fill my daily cheese craving. I will most likely need to snack again soon, but that is normal for these small frozen meals. I recommend the Smart Ones Ravioli Florentine if you need a cheesy, yet light, pasta lunch.

Smart Ones says: Succulent chunks of chicken bathe in an indulgent marsala sauce, accompanied by broccoli.
Carolyn says: I am writing this review and starving. While the food tasted nice, it was enough to fill me up for about half an hour. The chicken and mushrooms were tasty, the sauce plentiful, and there was lots of broccoli. But this meal lacked the things that actually fill you up, like carbohydrates. Jess had a decent suggestion of buying bread to dip in the sauce, but I should not be forced to build onto my existing frozen meal. Unless you are eating another lunch immediately after this, I would not recommend the Smart Ones Chicken Marsala.

Smart Ones says: Now even better! A chunky garden-style sauce covers five tantalizing layers of fresh pasta and creamy ricotta cheese with a topping of real mozzarella and parmesan cheese. So delicious, so satisfying. . .and another little way you can be good today.
Veda says: The texture is nice, the pasta al dente (when following directions), but the cheese never fully melts until it begins to burn. Unlike some frozen lasagna, it wasn’t too salty and had a decent flavor. Portion size was decent and there’s plenty of spinach, but very few of the other veggies. Pretty good for what it is, but the picture deceives. So, just save the one tiny piece of zucchini for the last bite.
