Abi says: If you’re looking for a meal that will help you drive away coworkers, small dogs, and ex-boyfriends, look no further than Boca’s Meatless Lasagna. With an astrigent sauce and plenty of fake meat, you’ll be scaring people off with what are perhaps the worst burps in the history of humanity.

Things that are worse than Boca Meatless Lasagna Burps: the guy next to me on the metro who is wearing enough cologne to kill a small marine animal (think otter) or when you wait and wait at the airport luggage carousel and your bag never comes out.

So yeah, this meal is better than lost luggage. I have to hand it to Boca on the pasta and cheese elements (inner cheese filling). I was delighted to eat that herby ricotta sandwiched between ridged al dente lasagna. I was not as enthused about the tomato sauce, which could strip paint off a ‘78 Chevy Nova. You’re also not likely to benefit from the full 21 grams of protein in this meal unless you enjoy eating meat that’s left in the bottom of the lasagna dish. I like eating meat straight from the lasagna pan at home, but in this meal I just tossed the textured vegetable protein mocking me from the bottom of the tray.
