Marie Callender’s Fettuccini with Chicken and Broccoli

Chris says: This is one of those meals that if you can’t stand broccoli like myself, you can take it out before you mix the pasta and the sauce. The sauce is tasteful and you get a pretty good amount of chicken. At over $4 retail it can be little expensive but if you wait until they go on sale at Giant or Safeway you can pay a little over $2 for each meal which is a great deal. The greatest part is that this meal comes with a little packet of pepper you can sprinkle on the cooked fettuccini alfredo.
Abi says: Chris doesn’t eat broccoli, so the picture doesn’t match what you actually get and the nutritional information is now a little skewed. I think that pepper packet is a neat addition. Having the following at your desk will make mealtimes a little better: salt, pepper, garlic powder, Mrs. Dash, and crushed red pepper. Those basics will kick your meals up a notch.
Ellio’s Cheese Pizza

There are supposedly 9 slices in a box. But really, it is 3 large slices with perforations where you could cut eat one into smaller slices. I don’t think anyone in the history of the world has done that, cut these pizzas into their smaller components.
Chris says: Ready in 5 minutes in the toaster [oven] and you can enjoy a pretty decent pizza. NO skimping on cheese and pretty good sauce. You just can’t beat Giant’s 2 boxes of Ellios for $5 any day (when it’s on sale). That’s less than a dollar [each] for 6 lunches!!
