Score! I’ve been wanting to try the chicken, bacon and spinach, but I’ve been too afraid the pizza crust will be the opposite of crispy, which would be…limp…I guess.

We tried the chicken, bacon and spinach this evening and it was fabulous! You will not be disappointed. The recommended cook time is 3 to 4.5 minutes. I started with 3 and ended up added 30 seconds to get the crispy crust. Loved it!

We tried the Shrimp & Roasted Garlic plus the Chicken, Bacon and Spinach. I only tried the Shrimp and it was FABULOUS. I could so easily become addicted to that and I was told the Chicken was FABULOUS, too. Wish I had tried both of them, now.

I cooked them in the toaster oven so I would have a nice crust and it is too hot to heat up the kitchen with the oven.

Bet these would be fabulous on a slow grill, too.
