Woo!
Nice…I’ve had a couple of these myself…#2 and #3 are very good…I’ll look for the rest of these on my next trip to Publix!

You are reminding me of our family catchphrase: “Rice. It’s what’s for dinner.” Only for y’all, it would be lunch.
I’m totally in love with Amy’s Enchilada Bowl, which I bought based on the recommendation here. Unfortunately, out here in the middle of nowhere, they’re rather expensive, but worth it.
I just have some suggestions for items to review:
- Cedar Lane’s Low Fat Enchiladas
- Stouffers’ Stuffed Peppers
- Boca Chili (if you are willing to go beyond the microwave also try putting this in a pot with a can of tommatoes, some onoins, and topping it with cheese and or tortilla chips)
All are tasty and you get good bang for your calories.
